But, we promise to listenHow will you support us As a Tool Hire Supervisor you will support the Tool Hire side of the branch in driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service is delivered, whilst maximising operational productivity, and leading your team.On a daily basis, you can expect to;* Ensure sales orders and delivery schedules are processed accurately and promptly * Supervise a small team to ensure that profitable customer relationships are built and maintained as well as day to day people management tasks* Drive sales and seek new business opportunities with new and existing customers* Administration duties to ensure that all tool hire reports and health & safety data is up to dateWhat kind of person are we looking for First and foremost, we always want to recruit talented people that align well with our values and way of working.
