Team Manager - Children’s Social Care Workforce Academy Location: South West Pay rate: £48 per hourOur Client is looking for a Team Manager to lead a Children’s Social Care Workforce Academy. This role will lead and manage a social work team ensuring the service provided is effective and delivers positive outcomes for children and their families ensuring that the social workers you have responsibility for meet the statutory requirementsset through legislation, national and regional guidance.Working in accordance with social care legislation and local government requirements, informed by the values and principles of social care; you will be supporting in the delivery of person centred, safe and effective social care services. Using your professionalknowledge and experience you’ll make assessments and decisions about the most appropriate interventions.
