Job Description

Senior Civil Engineer positionMy client is actively seeking a talented Senior Civil Engineer to join them in the picturesque coastal region of Devon. Working for this successful company awards you access to the lasted software to produce innovative engineering designs throughout a rangeof sectors including residential, commercial and industrial.Requirements for Senior Civil Engineer position

  • Hold a BEng or MSc or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering
  • Extensive experience within a design office environment
  • Proficient in Civil 3D, Microdrianage, PDS and AutoCAD
  • Ideally you will be Chartered or close to it
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Section 104, 278 and 38 adoption procedures
  • Preferably you will have prior experience with design of SuDS, DMRB, Highways and Roads
Duties of Senior Civil Engineer
  • Producing detailed designs for infrastructure, road and drainage projects
  • Managing and supervising a team of engineers and technicians
  • Working on all aspects of projects from conception to completion
  • Collaborating with clients and other professions to ensure project delivery
  • Liaising with regulatory and statutory authorities
  • Attending various site inspections and meetings
