Job Description

OCDEA Qualified SAP/EPC Assessor - Remote (Devon HQ)CTJ1135Salary £28,000 - £35,000PermanentThis is a great chance for a qualified energy assessor to join a successful and award-winning Sustainability Consultancy based in Devon. With their continued success and growing list of clients, this consultancy is looking to recruit an assessor who willbe working on a range of projects across the residential, leisure and health care sectors.The Ideal Candidate will:

  • Be a qualified On Domestic Energy Assessor (OCDEA), (Minimum 1 years experience)
  • Have a strong understanding and knowledge of construction, sustainability and building regulations
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be an effective team player and highly driven to succeed
Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Undertaking energy assessments/modelling & EPCs for new and
  • Preparing energy strategy and decarbonisation reports.
  • Liaison with construction team professionals and clients to provide advice on meeting legislative targets.
  • Providing advice on reducing energy, CO2 emissions and construction costs.
