Job Description

My client, an award-winning Sustainability Consultancy, who specialise in delivering high quality Energy and Sustainability advice and assessments to the construction and property industries, is searching for self-motivated Energy Assessor to join the team.This role is fully remote, and no site visits are required as part of the New-Build SAP/EPC process.What my client has to offer as an Energy Assessor:

  • Competitive salary of £30,000-£35,000 depending on experience.

Essential criteria for the position of an Energy Assessor:
  • Be an accredited-on Construction Domestic Energy Assessor
  • Be conversant with Building Regulations throughout the UK, particularly in relation to the conservation of fuel and power.
Various job responsibilities as an Energy Assessor will include:
  • Provision of high volumes of SAP assessments and EPCs ensuring Part L and EPCs are issues in a timely manner.
  • High quality consultancy and written reports at land purchase and planning stage to ensure planning requirements are met.
  • Engage with clients and design team to ensure sustainability requirements are met over the life cycle of the development.
