Collaborating with the CEO, youll shape strategies and drive positive change.What Youll Do:

• Provide expert financial advice to drive effective decision making
• Manage and safeguard valuable assets
• Ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations
• Stay on top of industry best practices and legislation
• Evaluate and enhance financial policies for optimal outcomes
• Oversee support services and online presence
• Act as a representative for the organisation
• Keep your skills sharp through relevant training
• Innovate and improve efficiency across the board
• Keep our business running smoothly with a robust continuity plan

To succeed, youll need:

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/ACA or AAT)
• Proven experience managing staff and multitasking effectively
• Track record of budget management exceeding £1m
• Strong planning, communication, and presentation skills
• Tech-savviness with financial packages and MS Office
• Strategic mindset and familiarity with audit regulations
• Understanding of employment and HR practices
• Flexibility, resilience, and excellent relationship-building skills
