Job Description

Strategic Housing Delivery ManagerEast Midlands 6 Months (Likely Extension)£425-£450 a day (Inside IR35)Hybrid Working (2/3 days a week onsite) Panoramic Associates is currently working with a Local Authority client based in the East Midlands to facilitate the appointment of a Strategic Housing Delivery Manager on an interim basis for an initial 6 months.In this role, you will oversee the delivery of capital projects, as well as lead the development of a new Housing Strategy for the Local Authority.Responsibilities of the Role:

  • The delivery of a capital project to redevelopment residential sites.
  • The development of a programme to redevelop/refurbish other sites.
  • Develop a new Housing Strategy for the Local Authority.
  • To progress a review of a number of different sites.
  • To run feasibility studies for housing sites.
  • Aid in the councils restructuring of the Housing Development team.
To be successful in the role you will have:
  • Significant experience delivering capital projects in the public/private sector.
  • Experience developing Housing Strategy for a Local Authority.
  • Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience carrying out feasibility studies.
