(you’ll be involved insupporting other businesses within the group).This is a dynamic business that specifically wants this person to share the same passion, drive and ambition to achieve unrivaled in excellence in all that they do.The RoleYou’ll be taking direct charge of 3 staff made up of 2 x transactional support and 1 Management Accountant.In summary, this is a broad role within a £12m turnover company with a growing number of outlets.You’ll be not only overseeing the day to day (supported by the Management Accountant) and the associated reporting and compliance that goes with it, you’ll be heavily involved in business partnering with the wider business, specifically supporting strategicplanning, budgeting and forecasting along with developing systems and processes to enable the key insight required for the company to meet it’s commercial objectivesThe CandidateThis is a company on the up and they want somebody who can grow alongside it. Essentially, you’ll be qualified ACCA / ACMA / ACA, commercially astute with a strong background in partnering with businesses, either in Industry or in Practice.Experience is of course important, the great thing with this role is that any small gaps that require bridging, the business will work with to do so as long as your passion and commitment makes up for the rest.In summary, if you’ve reached that glass ceiling, Industry or Practice, and you feel you’re ready for a responsible, busy and challenging FC role (number 1), we want to hear from youThe BenefitsSalary guide c£60k, enhanced pension scheme, parking onsite.
