In this pivotal role, you will play a central part in evolving and implementing change workingclosely with managers and other key stakeholders. You will be able to see the bigger picture, whilst also getting involved to proactively develop and deliver project outcomes which enable meaningful change, where everyone feels valued and respected.As a HR Transformation Lead you will be an excellent team player who is eager to work collaboratively, sharing your knowledge and supporting others. Working alongside the HR Business Partner network on council wide complex transformational and cultural changeyou will provide a consistent and quality approach to service redesigns, redundancy processes and redeployment support.Key Responsibilities
