Job Description

Land Surveyor or Geomatics Surveyor - Midlands coverage with some UK travel.£28000-£34000 + BenefitsLand, Utility and Drone Surveying Consultancy who are seen as the market leader in their field, having received plaudits across the UK for project completion are looking to recruit a Land Surveyor or Geomatics Surveyor.The successful Land Surveyor or Geomatics Surveyor will need 3+ years experience as a minimum and have a complrehensive understanding of GIS software in order to undertake site investigations.Working on a range of sites including Commercial, MOD, Airports, Property and Construction, you will cover surveys from inception through to completion, and work in conjunction with the Senior Surveyor, ensuring all site issues are communicated through the correct business channels.The successful Land Surveyor or Geomatics Surveyor will have as many of the following as possible -

  • A recognised surveying qualification in Land Surveying.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience working on Land Surveying sites across the Midlands.
  • Experience undertaking MBS (Measured Building Surveys) and Elevation Surveys.
  • Experience using equipment including Total Stations and GPS systems.
  • other surveying experience such as Utility, or Drone/Aerial surveys beneficial but specific training will be offered.
