£140,000 to £160,000 plus Car & Allowance & Bonus & BenefitsEast MidlandsABPM as experts in financial recruitment have been retained by a global business to recruit a finance leader to business partner the international management team and lead the associated functions.A highly visible role with a broad remit and in many respects a full-blooded group role. The objective of the appointment being to bring to the business a range attributes and skills to build and enhance the established platform already in place and complement the C-suite. The individuals sought will clearly demonstrate the proven ability to lead an UK headquartered international finance function to the next level of growth, professionalism and commercial success.Reporting to the C-suite you will lead finance in the strategic planning of the Group, for the medium to long term, linking the short-term deliverables to the strategic aims. This includes but is not restricted to:NPD investment appraisal clearance and prepared for sign off. Significant group capital investment financial evaluations will be assessed and controlling capital allocation compared to budget and business priorities.You will lead the planning routines of the Group - from short term forecasting, annual budgeting and longer-term strategic planningA number of the Heads of department will report into this post and the broader finance functions totalling a population in excess of 100 via their line managers.To be considered for and undertake this substantive role we a seek a qualified accountant of an exceptional calibre possessing 10 years of proven executive leadership experience with demonstrable experience of setting and implementing strategies and influencing positive outcomes with international and external relationships.
