Job Description

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Manager or Sales Co-ordinator within a global manufacturing and supply company, as they continue their sustained and exciting growth.The Role:Joining a dedicated Internal Sales team, youll be responsible for creating and encouraging ongoing sales activity by actioning all incoming enquiries with the aim of obtaining Sales Orders from clients across the World.This will involve:
  • Retaining and developing customers by building trusted relationships both by phone and client visits
  • Ensuring successful deliveries, on time to meet customer needs globally
  • Sales order processing, acknowledgements and producing quotations
  • Liaison with the external Sales force to follow up on enquiries and quotations
  • Managing incoming enquiries, escalations and high severity requests where needed
Key Attributes:Youll be able to demonstrate the following:
  • Proven experience as an account manager, key account manager or similar role
  • Solid experience with CRM software and IT packages
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent customer focus and service as well as high level of commercial awareness
  • Good analytical skills
