HR Analyst - Remote/East Midlands - up to £32,000A career move is a perfect opportunity to advance your skills and enhance your salary. So if youre ready for your next challenge and are an HR Data & MI Analyst based in the East Midlands, wanting to earn £32,000 in a full-time role, we want to hear from you today.Working as an expert HR Data & MI Analyst, youll be responsible for creating and delivering HR reporting and dashboards across and on behalf of an inclusive and successful company. Youll provide analysis and articulate trends, opportunities and recommendations to encourage efficiencies. This will be a standalone role reporting into the Head of HR Shared Services. Youll work remotely / from home but will need to be able to travel to East Midlands Airport and on occasion Middlesbrough. All travel expenses are covered.If youd been working in this HR Data & MI Analyst role last week, earning £32,000, you might have: Developed a suite of dashboards to achieve improvements across key performance indicators Provided practical analysis of data, clearly articulating observations, trends and recommendations Worked closely with key stakeholders to understand and deliver reporting requirements Proactively reviewed and analysed data to inform the team on opportunities for improvements and to enable effective decision making What were looking for:You should have experience in a similar HR Data or HR MI Analyst role - either in a temp or perm capacity - have an eye for detail and a flair for admin. Youll be highly organised with a comprehensive knowledge of Oracle B and an in-depth understanding of Oracle Taleo and HCM.
