One to One are recruiting on behalf of a technology companyfor an experienced Helpdesk Administratorto support customer contracts, technology deployment projects, software commissioning and ongoing customer and internal team support. Withyour excellent communication and administration experience you will be able to:1. Provide post technology deployment commissioning entering data labelling and carrying out software platform setup for each customer site using thesoftware platform.2. Add photos, trace site plans and other information into a cloud software platform.3. Answer company telephones and arrange staff diaries4. Provide support to the Tech Ops managers and Contracts/Projects Managers.5. Provide 1st line technical support to customerstaking enquiries by phone and email6. Manage with problems for onsite issues, faults and software platform queries.7. Ask questions about customer issues and explain possible solutions8. Dealing with common or basic technical issues such as resetting passwords9. Updating knowledge bases with details of common problems which customers can view online10. Using helpdesk software to log calls with descriptions of issues, progress and solutions11. Escalate calls to a team of 2nd line support staff if the problem is more complexOur ideal candidate has excellent administration skills, isquick to learn new software packages, has excellent attention to detail and superb communication skills.This is a full time, permanent role is based in Derby.
