Job Description

We are recruiting for a full time, permanent customer service administrator to be based at our clients offices in Pinxton. This would suit someone with great people skills, with good computer skills.Client DetailsOur client is a very specialist engineering systems company. They have clients globally and are a very well established and reputable company.Description

  • Handling telephone enquiries
  • Handling email and faxed enquiries
  • Preparing and issuing quotations
  • Progressing of quotes with the customer
  • Checking orders for pricing, delivery conditions etc
  • Entering of customer orders to Sage
  • Dealing with "over the counter" sales
  • Liaise with stores / production / UK & export customers
  • Enquiries must be dealt with in 48hours or as soon as possible
  • Preparation of export shipping documentation
  • Liaising with freight forwarders
ProfileThe successful candidate will have great communication skills, a good level of IT literacy, and be able to demonstrate an aptitude for administration and/or customer service work.Job OfferHours - Mon - Thurs 08:15 to 17:00 and Fri 08:15 to 16:00Salary dependent on experience up to £25,000Product and systems training will all be given
