Job Title: Case Management DeveloperLocation: RemoteSalary: Up to £45,000 DOEThe successful candidate will be responsible for the development, maintenance and support of the companys case management system. This includes developing new features, fixing bugs, managing data and addressing technical issues.The ideal candidate will have strong experience and knowledge of the legal profession and have the ability to quickly learn new software.Responsibilities:* Responsible for developing Case Management systems (SOS and Visualfiles).* Develop and maintain the companys case management system* Create new features and functionality based on customer needs* Fix bugs and address technical issues* Manage data and ensure data integrity* Provide technical support to customers* Research and recommend software solutions* Ensure compliance with industry standards* Develop and implement procedures for system maintenance* Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase efficiency* Collaborate with other developers and departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the systemTechnical Skills Required:* Experience with development and maintenance of case management systems* Knowledge of legal terminology and processes* Knowledge of SOS Connect, SOS Practice Manager, Visualfiles, OpenEdge.* Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software* Excellent coding skills in C#, VB, .Net, SQL and other programming languages* Experience with web services and web development* Knowledge of database management systems* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentIf you have the skills and experience we are looking for, please apply with your CV.
