As an Omnichannel enabled representative, you will utilise a range of face to face and remote engagement tools towork with healthcare professionals, providing tailored support and helping them make important decisions which will ultimately improve patients lives.We are currently seeking candidates with strong face to face and virtual sales experience, preferably selling on different virtual platforms, but will also consider new to industry candidates with a relevant science degree and proven sales experience. Theideal candidate will be driven by results, is resilient and customer focussed with strong interpersonal and technology skills.AstraZeneca focuses on people, they want people to love coming to work, whether that be in the office, field or lab and have a passion to bring life-changing medicines to help improve patients lives.Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities (but not limited to)-Meeting or exceeding sales and market share targets in your area for the brand/s you promoteDelivering your call plan and any actions aligned to you in the local account planBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with your customers to be the partner of choiceMaintaining high levels of clinical knowledge in your specialist therapy area and high levels of NHS knowledge to fully understand the environment your customers work withinConsistently achieving high standards of in-call capability, effectively using all promotional materials appropriatelyDemonstrating compliance within the AstraZenecas UKMC governance framework and the ABPI Code of PracticeEssential SkillsVirtual and face to face sales experiencePresenting on different virtual platforms, with strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skillsStrong results focusShows initiative and is self-startingHigh emotional intelligence demonstrated through management of own attitudeABPI qualified (unless new to representative role)Qualified to A-Level standard or equivalentDesirable SkillsKnowledge of the customer and therapy area within area of responsibilityStrong influencing skills via virtual sellingSuccess in virtual pharmaceutical salesScience degreeBackgroundAshfield is a fast-paced place to work where you will be highly valued.
