Property Manager – Deptford – Salary circa £25kBrilliant new opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to work in a very busy and growing Estate Agency in Deptford.The RoleAs Property Manager you will have exceptional communication skills to maintain professional working relationships with all Tenants, Landlords and Contractors. You will be the key point of contact for negotiating contract renewals, managing maintenance issues, assisting with checking in/out procedures, arranging utility checks and preparing inventories and correspondence.YouComing from a busy Estate Agency environment, you will have key successful experience as a Property Manager. You will be ambitious, self-motivated and efficient in your work and time-management. Having excellent communication skills and the ability to problem solve is essential, alongside building long-term relationships.
