The successful candidatewill play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of the project, bringing their expertise to contribute to its successful completion.Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate groundworks projects across 5 separate sites in South East London.
Oversee the implementation of tarmac, paving, and hard landscaping elements of the project.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met within the defined timelines and budget.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
Utilize your experience with large infrastructure projects to enhance the efficiency of operations.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience as a Project Manager within the groundworks industry.
Strong background in managing tarmac, paving, and hard landscaping projects.
Ideally, experience in overseeing large infrastructure projects.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations in construction.
