Are you an experienced Finance Business Partner looking for a new challenge Looking for the opportunity to help establish a high-performing business partnering function from scratch Keen to work for an innovative charity and take full financial ownershipfor their frontline operational departments If yes, read on!Robertson Bell are pleased to be working with this creative charity in their search for a Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis. Based in Deptford, you will be responsible for looking after for the charitys frontline Teams,acting as their finance-subject matter expert and enabling them to deliver targets, whilst leading on budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting.The key duties of this Finance Business Partner role are as follows:

Lead the annual budget setting process for your area of responsibility.
Coordinate the annual and quarterly reforecasting processes for all departments under your remit.
Provide critical support in the establishment of more robust financial reporting processes, ensuring all financial reports are fit-for-purpose.
Full responsibility for producing management information packs on a monthly basis, challenging variances and producing supporting commentaries.
Work closely with the other Finance Business Partner to produce consolidated budgets and monthly reports for management.
Hold regular financial performance review meetings with all of your key budget holders, providing sound financial advice and guiding decision making in line with the strategic plan.

Please note that this role will officially be based out of the organisations head office in Deptford, with the opportunity to work from home twiceper week.The successful candidate will have:

At least part-qualified as an accountant.
Demonstrable experience working in a finance business partnering focused role across several departments.
Strong budgeting and forecasting skills.
Brilliant communication skills.
