Job Description

DeptfordFixed Term Contract for 6 MonthsClosing Date: Midnight 21/07/2020Interviews: TBCAt Thames Reach we are committed to helping homeless and vulnerable people to live in decent homes, build supportive relationships and lead fulfilling lives. Our vision is to end street homelessness and our aim is to deliver high quality, effective services to vulnerable people.We are looking for an organised and motivated ETE Lead Worker to work with an identified group of 30 individuals, to help them achieve their education, training or employment goals.This is a fantastic opportunity for staff, as this role is in response to an identified need within the borough to support ex-rough sleepers with varied support needs to start work and continue building on their independence.Your flexible and innovative approach will influence the future of service provision for rough sleepers, youll be able to recognise and confidently talk about best practice and its results to funders and other stakeholders.The role requires creative joint working with the London Borough of Lewisham and community based services as well as our staff to ensure that support is personalised, effective and measurable.Youll be:

  • Organised and able to oversee the operations of an accommodation service.
