Robert Half Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be partnering with an established International firm in Denham.Due to continued growth and new projects, my client is seeking a Graduate Financial Analyst on a permanent basis. This will be your first finance role in the business with a clear pathway to progress into management accounts or business partner roles as youdevelop your career.This exciting role comes with full training, a competitive salary plus excellent perks and benefits including study support.Working within the UK Headquarters this Trainee analyst job is suitable for a Finance & Accounting or Mathematics graduate to join a supportive Team, to gain new skills in a range of Financial activities.Duties:

Provide support to the Finance team in managing and developing the management accounting function.
Learn and understand the Accounts Payable process and provide cover.
Supporting with financial Analysis, budgeting, forecasts & invoicing.
Support the budget setting process working closely with all departments.
Periodic bank reconciliations.
Variances analysis.
Prepayments, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Preparing management accounts reports to aid decision making.
Responding to internal and external queries.
Provision of internal financial reporting metrics and external client reporting.

Candidate Profile:

Finance & Accounting or Mathematics Graduate.
Excel, reasonably advanced in use of Pivot Tables, data manipulation and analysis.
Awareness and understanding of inter-relationships between business performance drivers and financial outcomes.
Appreciation of commercial business management practices.
Familiar with best practice in Financial modelling and planning.
Ability to work to tight deadlines in a pressurised environment and prioritise
workloads effectively.
A methodical and accurate approach to work with strong attention to detail.
Proactive in identifying areas of concern or areas for improvement.
