FJA are partnering with a specialist Company who provide investigations, repairs and renewal services for the insurance industry, for both commercial and domestic clients.The role is full time, permanent opportunity. You will work 37.5 hours per week, 9am - 5pm with the hybrid working.They are looking for a specialist Claims Team Leader who will be responsible for the daily management of Claims, ensuring client retention and service excellence, whilst building strong relationships with all stakeholdersJob purpose as Claims Team Leader:Due to the growth and development within the team they are looking for an additional customer service driven, enthusiastic and motivated employee.
