Established over 20 years ago, we are a brain injury rehabilitation centre offering specialist residential care for up to 23 individuals, including 8 continuing care beds for clients with complex care needs related to their brain injury.Our aim is to assess and rehabilitate clients to a point where they can be involved in their future care, either in a step down or community setting. Our programmes are led by our Consultant Clinical psychologist and supported by our multi-disciplinary team who deliver excellence in care, which is reflected in our positive resident feedback and CQC rating of "Good".We are currently looking to recruit a Rehabilitation Support Worker.Rehabilitation Support Worker - Duties and Responsibilities:

assist the service users in personal care including washing, bathing, dressing and toilet needs

assist service users to eat and drink

always maintain dignity at all times

Monitor all service users to ensure that their care is to the highest standard

complete all necessary paperwork

undertake training and staff meetings essential to the role.
