We are offering a negotiable basic salary dependent upon skills and experiencewith an OTE of £41,000 plus an excellent range of Company benefits!About the RoleAs a Master Technician you will be a key member of our team, maintaining vehicles to the highest standards as set out in our Health and Safety policy, carrying out diagnostics, inspections, repairs and services and handling and storing parts. You will haveproven ability to deliver training sessions and coach other workshop Technicians as well as assessing training needs within the team. You will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable communicating with customers, manufacturers, colleagues andmanagement to resolve queries and concerns.About YouThe successful candidate will be an experienced Master Technician ideally from a volume franchised dealer. You will also require: A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 4. A proven ability to carry out electrical and mechanicalrepairs. A full Driving Licence.
