About usWe have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Administrator to come and join us at our Vertu Kia Nottingham dealership! This is a full time position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We are flexible and open to discussing your working pattern.We are offering a basic salary of £23,500 plus an excellent range of Company benefits.About the RoleThe general duties of the role include ensuring Service work undertaken on the vehicle meets brand requirements, calling customers and helping with queries, assisting the accounts department with the service payments and maintaining professional and positiveworking relationships with all dealership colleagues and manufacturer managers. You will assist in the effective administration of the Service Department, update estimated cost of repairs, prepare all jobs for invoicing, process Warranty claims and assistService advisors with administration duties as and when required.About YouFor this role we are looking for the successful candidate to have experience in data management, excellent organisation skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must also be PC literate with a working knowledge of administration procedures.Motor Trade experience would be beneficial. If your application is successful, we will need to complete employment checks prior to you starting with us. For this role, these can include us verifying your recent employment, address and credit history.
