Job Description

Quality Assurance Auditor 3 month Fixed Term ContractDavidstow, Cornwall3 months FTCSaputo Dairy UK is a producer of leading British food brands and value-added ingredients. We produce a wide range of market leading brands, including Cathedral City cheese, Clover dairy spread, Country Life butter and Frylight cooking spray. We also manufacture specialised ingredients for use in the infant formula market.What you’ll do at Saputo Dairy UK

  • Work with the QA Co-ordinator & auditee to ensure actions are closed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain blade register and glass and plastic audit, ensuring non-compliance is corrected with the relevant teams.
  • Ensuring GMP throughout site, striving for improvement daily and engaging all teams and departments in quality.
  • Conduct incoming and outgoing checks to goods and materials to ensure compliance.
  • Front line foreign body identification and investigation, ensuring collaboration with the relevant department teams.
  • Checks of CCP’s, labelling etc to ensure quality and food safety compliance.
  • Environmental sampling as per schedule.
  • Registration of QA samples to internal and external laboratories.
  • Verifying operator checks where required and as per schedule, participating in Laboratory proficiency testing where relevant.
