HYGIENE SERVICES MANAGER

YOULL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY

Reporting to the Head of Site Food Safety and Quality as a key member of the technical team at Davidstow supporting the production of products that are safe and meet the quality standards expected of the UKs leading cheddar manufacturing plant and supplierof infant formula products
Managing the site Hygiene Team to deliver cleaning/hygiene schedule and procedures.
Improving current practices by evaluating alternatives, identifying shortfalls, identifying any change, planning, communicating, implementing, evaluating the change and publicizing any achievement.
Confirming systems are in place to ensure current and changed operations are regularly evaluated where there is possibility of a compromise of food safety or customer satisfaction.

YOURE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU ARE

Experienced in managing a team.
Possess a formal HACCP and Food Hygiene training qualification at level 3.
Capable with a thorough understanding of Quality Management Systems including BRC and FSSC22000.
An understanding of current food legislation and infant formula ingredient standards.
