ROLE: Sales and Service Co-ordinatorLOCATION:Clitheroe. March 2024 relocation to J4 M65 (Lower Darwen)SALARY:Circa £30’000 to £36’000 plus + qtrly bonus circa £5’000 to £8’000 annuallyGrowing as a global engineering manufacturer throughout UK, Europe and US, the business has established and continues to build a leading reputation for quality and reliability serving Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, Chemical and High ValueIndustrial industries. Combining the strengths of 2 market leaders they deliver a product portfolio across specialised bespoke engineering products. Delivering a global group turnover of $140’000 and growing!We are searching for a sales driven Sales and Service Co-ordinator to drive the service and after sales support. Sales and Service Co-ordinator key skills:

Proactive customer contact to drive additional sales, support, service packages + add on sales.
Thorough admin, reporting, written and verbal correspondence skills. Coupled with a strong attention to detail.
Strong communication skills internally, externally and cross functionally.
Strong planning skills to organise site visits, travel, diaries.

Sales and Service Co-ordinator attributes:

You will be a highly motivated self-starter, with an interest in manufacturing engineering or an interest of working within a technical environment.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Sales and Service Co-ordinator, Account Manager, Sales Support Executive, Sales Support Coordinator or similar.
Live within a commutable distance from Clitheroe or Darwen. This is an on-site role.
Ability to balance projects with strong time management skills.
Positive attitude and manner.
Excellent communicator to develop and build customer relationship ensuring repeat custom.
Positive attitude working as a team and supporting colleagues.
Working with and supporting cross departmental – design, engineers, purchasing, production.
