Job Description

Arthur Rose Recruitment are looking currently working with an Aerospace manufacturing business based in Darwen. We are looking to recruit a full time and permanent Paint Sprayer to work with a well established team.Roles and Responsibilities of Paint Sprayer:

  • Undertaking tasks delegated by the Team Leader, Value Stream Leader &/or Senior Management.
  • Ensuring performance within the team remains a high standard.
  • Standards complete the preparations of components/parts within the specifications provided.
  • Monitoring and maintaining health and safety standards.
  • Adhere to safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People (SQCDP).
  • Work on a variety of components within the aerospace sector to a high standard.
Qualifications required for the role:
  • Time served painter with a proven track record of paint experience, particularly within "wet spray".
  • Interest in engineering particularly within Aerospace
  • Can do attitude with a desire to work hard and progress
This role is a days regular role working Monday to Thursday on a 4 day week.The rate of pay is £13.50ph
