Job Description

Digital Marketing Sales ManagerAn exciting position has become available for a full time Digital Marketing Sales Manager to join a friendly team based in Darwen, BB3 3DQ. The successful candidate will earn an OTE of £30,000. Reporting to the General Manager the Digital Marketing Sales Manager will make a significant contribution to the company sales and customer growth through a number of current and future digital channels.Role Requirements

  • It is essential that you have experience with Amazon, eBay and WooCommerce, in term of product listing and optimisation
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager and able to extract actionable insights from data
  • A proven track record in planning and executing product marketing on Amazon, eBay and WooCommerce
  • Creative and keen to offer new ideas and work closely with all team members
  • In addition to being a hands-on role you will be providing direction and training to an enthusiastic team. As such it is important that you have the technical and creative skills to support their growth and the growth of the company
    • Role Responsibilities
  • Create and refine the digital marketing strategy incorporating Amazon Seller Central, Vendor central, eBay, website (WooCommerce), SEO, Google Ads, display advertising, Google / Bing PPC search, shopping etc. In order to increase traffic generation and ultimately conversions.
  • Driving our brands across the relevant channels to market in addition to identifying and implementing addition channels
  • Define implement and manage social strategy across various social platforms, Facebook, Twitter YouTube etc.
  • Day-to-day management of a small and young team, tracking performance and addressing training needs in order to develop further. Ensuring all activity is carried out accurately and on time
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing activity ROI/KPIs.
