Job Description

Cafe Manager

  • Daytime shifts only - great work/life balance and a 39 hour working week

An established and successful company that continues to trade well they serve an all day fresh range of bakery items alongside patisserie, pastries, cakes and sandwiches etc.CAFE MANAGER - WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Experience as a restaurant/cafe/coffee shop/cafe bakery/catering manager in a busy, fast paced commercial customer facing operation
  • A passion for high quality food and drink & exceptional customer service
  • A hands-on lead from the front approach and a real eye for detail
  • A strong people manager with the ability to recruit, train & motivate a team to get results
  • Financially and commercially astute with the ability to build sales
CAFE MANAGER - MAIN DUTIES
  • Manage all day to day operations, including people, stocks & finances
  • Recruit, train and develop your team
  • Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front
  • Maintain high standards of customer service & compliance
  • Manage the P & L and all costs, budgets and the labour %
