* Architectural Technician* £25K - £33K* Dartmouth, DevonKonker is recruiting an Architectural Technician to join a leading Architectural practice based in Dartmouth or Salcombe. This RIBA practice focuses on luxury high-end residential projects but also manages house extensions, new builds, and small-scale housing developments (up to 20 houses) in the South Devon region.Although they appreciate working in-house, they offer flexible working hours - with most staff now working 3 days at home, 2 days in the office.Salary: £25k - £33k (DOE).The Position: Architectural Technician* Technical detailing* Contemporary designs* Building regulation packages* Produce drawings and specifications* Liaise and work closely with different clients, contractors and consultants.Company benefits:* Discretionary bonus 3 times a year (based on profit and performance within the company).* A consistent pipeline of work for the next 6 - 9 months.* Flexible working arrangement with staff working from home 3 days a week, and 2 days a week in the office.
