They put the people that they support at the heart of everything they do and ensure they listen to their voices and views, as well as their families and other key stakeholders as they develop their services.About the RoleOur client is building a new team to deliver high-quality support a young lady with learning disabilities in her new home. You will be leading a small team to deliver practical daily living tasks to a young lady as well as a wide range of activities related to her interests and hobbies to support her wellbeing.
