Team Leader-Supported LivingWork Location: Dartington, DevonSalary Scale: £22,859.20 - £25,812.80 (dependant on qualifications)Working hours: Full time - weekdays (2,080 annualised hours)Flexible shift pattern working 4 days on 3 days off Are you looking for a new exciting role to oversee a small team of enablers to support a young lady in her new home to lead an independent life Are you an experienced enabler who is passionate and has an empathetic and caring natureThe OrganisationBased in South Devon, our client provides high quality short breaks and residential care, community-based programmes and specialist further education to children, young people and adults with learning disabilities. They put the people that they support at the heart of everything they do and ensure they listen to their voices and views, as well as their families and other key stakeholders as they develop their services.About the RoleOur client is building a new team to deliver high-quality support a young lady with learning disabilities in her new home. You will be leading a small team to deliver practical daily living tasks to a young lady as well as a wide range of activities related to her interests and hobbies to support her wellbeing.
