If you’re looking for a challenging and rewarding L&D role to support and develop digital learning, read on!As an eLearning Developer, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging and effective digital learning experiences tailored to the specific needs of all our colleagues. You will be actively involved in the design and development of effective eLearningsolutions, as well as the ongoing review and measuring the impact of our work. You will ensure the eLearning material is engaging as well as accurate and up to date, using the knowledge of subject matter experts.You will be working with a diverse range of stakeholders, so you will have excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders and be responsible for providing accurate and timely reports, collatingeLearning activity data and MI.What’s in it for You•Salary - up to £35k depending on experience, as well as other company benefits.•Annual Leave - 24 days, rising to 26 with length of service.
