Job Description

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, between 8am and 6pm, Including 1 in 3 Saturday Mornings.Contract: PermanentLocation: DarlingtonThe key purpose of this role is to act as a liaison between Northgate and its diverse Customer base. Operating in a business-to-business environment, a key attribute for success is the ability to effectively manage various customer requests as well as providinga high level of service to all stakeholders, both internal and external. Your core values will demonstrate keeping our customers at the forefront of every transaction and providing updates throughout. You will achieve this by striving for a one touch resolution,picking up the phone and reinforcing our culture of being people talking to people.As a Customer Support Representative, you will be a highly motivated, skilled member of the team. You will share our departmental values to assist across all functions and ensure we achieve all of our KPIs. You will have an appetite to learn, a proactiveapproach to support in various workstreams, a positive outlook and an ability to use your own initiative and take ownership to provide solution to problems.About you:To be successful, you will need to be up for a challenge, with great listening skills and the determination to go the extra mile for customers. You will need to be able to demonstrate:
