In fact, the companys 50th anniversary is next year, so youll have some big celebrations to look forward to.And, as well as some flexibility on your start and finish times, once you are trained and settled in the role, you can work one to two days from home a week.About the companyIf you dont already know Anabas, they are a facilities management service provider for corporate offices and workspaces.From mechanical and electrical maintenance to reception and front-of-house assistance, Anabas provides a completely tailored service to its clients.Last year, they exceeded their projected turnover of £30m and now aim to reach £50m in the next two years.With ten contracts won in 2022, theyre set to smash this with three contracts won this financial year already.What youll do and what youll needYoull be the main point of contact for the managers of your own contracts, attending regular meetings, providing financial support, and identifying and tracking opportunities and risks.Dealing with different sites and therefore people of different levels, youll have excellent communication and collaborative skills.Youll produce management accounts to include budget and spend, revenue, overheads, and balance sheet with variance analysis.And youll be a qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA).Either is fine as long as you have experience in either project or contract accounting, and youll understand people costs budget to actual variance analysis.Ready to find out more Contact Natalie at Paul Card Recruitment today for a confidential chat or click "apply" now.And dont worry if your CV isnt quite up to date, we can help with that too.
