Our Stroke service provides a 24 hour, 365 days of the year Thrombolysis Service. We provide an emergency “FAST” positive response to patients in the Emergency Department who require rapid assessment and thrombolysis treatment, as set out in our Stroke Integrated Care Pathway. Patients begin thrombolysis treatment within the Emergency Department or the ward F for ongoing care and treatment.We are continually striving to improve patients’ experience and outcomes. We are committed to your development and you will benefit from the support of an experienced and enthusiastic multi-professional team committed to the delivery of excellent patient care.We are looking for a dynamic, forward thinking, innovative nurse to join this specialised team.
