We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Medical Secretary to join the Acute Medicine department in Swansea Bay Health Board. The role requires a Medical Secretary with experience of working on their own initiative at a senior level and is able to offer a comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a Consultant Acute Care Physicians and their team. As a Medical Secretary, you will be the first point of contact for patients, doctors and staff throughout the Health Board.This challenging position requires someone who is a team player, flexible, organised and is able to work well under pressure. The successful candidate will need to be an experienced typist, qualified to RSA Typing Level III (or equivalent).
