This role is for a company based in Cumbria. They work in partnership with local authorities, housing associationsand other corporate 3rd parties to deliver long term construction refurbishments and have an excellent track record in doing so.They are looking for a Site manager based in Cumbria.The RoleThe successful Site Manager will have a strong background and experience with commercial or local authority refurbishment. You will draft a variety of contracts and agreements and maintain that relationship. You will monitor the execution of the contract,ensuring that it compliant. There will be opportunity for identify sales, advise marketing during purchasing and sales negotiations. The successful Site Manager will be the point of contact between the company, its employees, vendors, and contractors.Key Requirements·Strong research skills and an in-depth understanding of financial analytics and legal agreements.·Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and judgment skills.·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.·Leadership and management skills.·Strong presentation skills.·Attention to detail, thoroughness, and mathematical abilities.·Minimum 3 years site Management experience·Commercial or local authority refurbishment experience·The Capability of Working as Part of a Team·Financial Awareness·A Valid Driving License·Commercial and Contractual ExperienceApply Now!
