As a Night Coordinator,you will join a multidisciplinaryteam that focus on evolving the service and providing excellent standards across our clinical areas for our young people. What you will be doingYou will lead a night team that works well together to provide care to children with a diagnosis ofan eating disorder supporting them to lead avalued and fulfilled life.As aNight Coordinator you are a pivotalmember of the operational management team and will be supporting the Nurses, Senior Nurses and clinical teams across the wards during the night shifts. You will lead, manage and coordinate clinical duties to ensurequality and safety is maintained.Acting as the first point of contact when situations need to be escalated on site, you will be supported by an on-call manager and senior director who will be available remotely.It can be quitea challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important.   • RMN or RNLD
  • Educated to degree level, or professional equivalent
  • CAMHS experience
  • The desire to improve, challenge and innovate
  • Management and leadership experience
  • Experience in managing complex operational issues and working through immediate resolution. Experience in problem solving and ensuring that systems and processes are adequately implemented.
Where you will be workingLocation:The Woodmill, Exeter Road, Cullompton, EX151EAThe Woodmill is a mental health service for women requiring rehabilitation to support them getting back into the community, where conditions may include personality disorders, Autism and associated challenges.Working at The Woodmill is an ideal opportunity for people from secure ward settings who are looking for a less restrictive environment and are keen to support active rehabilitation and community participation.Our hospital operates 24/7. You will work night shifts including weekends and bank holidays. Standard shifts are 12 hours, working 3 nights one week and 4 nights the next.What you will get
