As a Business Analyst you will be at the forefront of their data-driven revolution. They want a technically skilled and passionate individual who thrives in a startups fast-paced and social environment. Youll work closely with their energetic team in our vibrant office, translating data into actionable insights to drive their mission forward.Responsibilities:
    • Dive deep into data analysis, extracting actionable insights to fuel our business growth.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in our lively office setting to understand objectives and requirements.
    • Utilise your technical prowess to analyse complex data sets using tools like SQL, Excel, and data visualisation platforms.
    • Translate intricate data findings into clear, compelling narratives that guide strategic decisions.
    • Ensure data integrity and accessibility, working closely with our tech team.
    • Stay at the forefront of data analysis tools and techniques, bringing innovative solutions to the table.
    • Drive data-driven strategies that elevate our offerings for fans and partners.
    Qualifications and Skills:
    • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with advanced technical proficiency in data analysis.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Business Intelligence tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau).
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey data insights with passion and clarity.
    • Comfortable working in an in-office, sociable environment that thrives on collaboration and creativity.
    • Demonstrated passion for data-driven decision-making and an innovative mindset.
