Job Title: Part Two Architectural Assistant Reference: RSCROY142Location: CroydonSalary: £24,000 - 30,000 dependent on experienceI am delighted to be actively recruiting for a forward thinking RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice who work through sectors such as retail, hospitality and commercial with a specialist focus on residential projects. Their talented teams combined yearsof expert experience have earnt them an excellent reputation for delivering innovative, bespoke and beautifully crafted designs to excel client reputations. With plenty of exciting projects on the horizon they are seeking a passionate Part Two ArchitecturalAssistant to join their social team in Croydon.The Successful Part Two Architectural Assistant will have experience post Part Two Qualification, working on small to medium scale residential projects, be a confident user of Sketch Up and The Adobe Creative Suite as well as having a friendly driven andteam player personality.On offer is a competitive starting salary and a chance to join a supportive and collaborative praactice who prioritise professional development whilst gaining experience on a mix of exciting projects.Skills, experience and responsibilities for the role of Part Two Architectural Assistant:

  • Completed RIBA Part One and Riba Part Two qualifications
  • Sufficient post qualification experience is required
  • Experence working on residential projects
  • Ideally you will have experience on projects in the retail, hospitality and commercial sectors
  • Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Produce high quality architectural designs and drawings
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • Proven record of RIBA stage 4
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Work well within a team and independently
  • Competent knowledge of current UK Building Regulations
  • Strong portfolio
  • Well versed in Sketch Up and the Adobe suite
  • Ideally you will have an understanding of using microstation
  • Live locally to Croydon
