Site Manager High Secure Services Broadmoor HospitalCrowthorneBand 7 AFC £42,981 - £48,594 Inclusive of all Allowances Broadmoor hospital is one of three specialist, high-security psychiatric hospitals in England and Wales and is part of West London Mental Health NHS Trust. We are looking for outstanding individuals who are enthusiastic, organised and calm under pressure to manage the Hospital Site and its effective resourcing, on a shift by shift basis in delivering modern mental health care in a high secure setting.An exciting opportunity has arisen for the post of Site Manager at Broadmoor Hospital; and the perspective post holder will have a proven track record as a clinical leader with the ability to lead and influence others.The successful candidate will be an experienced Clinician who is able to work well under pressure, and communicate and engage with all Hospital staff as an exemplary role model. The successful candidate will work in a proactive manner, which has patients and staff at the centre of what they do.The post holder will provide management and leadership for the entire Broadmoor Hospital site for specified shifts within an agreed framework across the 24 hour, 7 day week period. The successful candidate will take an on-site lead in operational issues working across the Directorates and providing a visible presence in all patient areas.The post holder will need to demonstrate excellent leadership skills to review, allocate, deploy and coordinate nursing resources for Broadmoor Hospital across their shift.
