Job Description

A small, friendly, long standing business in Crowthorne is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their team. This is such a lovely role also I hope you like dogs as the gorgeous office puppy occasionally comes to work.The Job Purpose of the Sales Administrator is:

  • To provide an excellent standard of customer service.
  • Help customers with advice by way of product specifications and quotations.
The Key Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator are:
  • Answering sales calls & dealing with enquiries.
  • Submitting quotations and maintaining sales database.
  • Sales order processing.
  • Raising delivery paperwork.
  • Stock level management.
  • Purchase order processing and progressing.
Skills/Experience/Abilities for the Sales Administrator:
  • A passion for delivering first class customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Commercially astute and thrives in a fast paced, challenging environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • IT literate and proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Self-driven and possesses an ability to act on their own initiative as well as working effectively as part of a team.
  • The desire to take on responsibility and develop within the role.
  • There is free parking and Hours of work: 8.15am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.15pm - 4.30pm on Fridays
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
