Job Description

Our clients in Crowthorne are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join their growing team.The role will be supporting all internal departments, as well as being the first point of contact for inbound queries whether these be via email/phone.The main duties are:-

  • Reception duties
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Maintaining the office outlook diary - scheduling and arranging meetings
  • Processing client data
  • Ensuring data quality and integrity of database to ensure it remains accurate, up to date and reliable at all times
  • Sending documents to clients
  • Scanning documents
  • Managing daily administration for internal departments
We are looking for someone with:-
  • Minimum 5 years Administration experience
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Self-motivated and detail orientated
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organisational and numerical skills
  • Strong professional communication skills across all channels (face to face, email, and telephone) with a friendly and approachable manner
  • Above all - a team player
