Job Description

National Account Manager, Washington Salary £36,000 per annum (OTE £52,000 per annum) + excellent benefits and hybrid workingTalent84 Ltd is delighted to be working in partnership with our client, the most recognised and trusted global brand in the floral industry, who are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join their team. It’s a perfect time to join the organisation and a real chance for the successful candidate to make their mark.Reporting directly into the Sales and Marketing Director, the National Account Manager will act as the key point of contact between the company and their valued wholesale clients. The ideal candidate will be an expert in nurturing long lasting relationshipswhilst developing and implementing robust sales growth strategies.Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Strategically set, monitor, manage and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain regular contact with accounts via in-person meetings, zoom and telephone calls.
  • Build and maintain excellent client relationships to ensure long term success.
  • Understand customers objectives and consistently propose solutions to meet these needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing department to create and deliver territory specific plans.
  • Work closely with Product Development Manager to identify new product opportunities.
  • Install and maintain point of sales and merchandising installations.
Selection Criteria:
  • Demonstrable experience in a National Account Manager role.
  • Proven examples of developing and implementing sales growth strategies.
  • Understanding of brand and how to protect and enhance brand story.
  • A complete can-do attitude and ability to self-motivate.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and capable negotiator.
  • Excellent team player with a collaborative approach to working.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and react to shifting priorities.
