Job Description

ARE YOU AN ALL-ROUND FINANCE CANDIDATEARE YOU LOOKING FOR A NEW ROLEREED are supporting a client in the Washington area, looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team.Key responsibilities and accountabilities

  1. Completion of monthly results pack for both ManagementTeams
  2. Preparation and Management of Cash Flow.
  3. Balance sheet analysis and reconciliations.
  4. Monthly analysis of variation to the forecast.
  5. Involvement in the preparation and approval for major bids
  6. Preparation of monthly invoicing plan
  7. Review of costing information and PPV analysis
  8. Presentation of indirect spend analysis for Management Team
  9. Capital reporting and fixed assets.
  10. VAT and Intrastat reporting
  11. Statutory Accounts pack presentation
  12. Annual budget preparation and Forecast Information
  13. Liaison with External and Internal Auditors
  14. Payroll
Personal Situation: Able to work extended hours when required.Personality: Enjoys a fast paced, challenging office environment. Passionate about work with a can do attitude to drive the business and the team through positive change creating a flexible and motivated work force. Calm under pressure,very approachable and acting with discretion and in a professional manner at all times.Skills: Can work to deadlines and very organized. Interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. The ability to manage your own workload and assist the work of others concurrently whist creating a positive environment under timesof pressure. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.You must have experience on SAP and Sage Payroll.Pay rate: £15-20p/h depending on experience.Duration: Temp for 6 weeks initially, potential for longerIf youre interested, please apply now!
