Job Description

Bramah HR is recruiting for an experienced HR Manager with previous experience within the professional services sector. This role is to join a brilliant organisation offering hybrid working and the opportunity to work in a collaborative work environment.Responsibilities:

  • Offer HR guidance and assistance to the company, having a substantive impact on the business.
  • Complete routine HR tasks like inductions, six-month reviews, and maternity meetings.
  • Assist with all facets of the hiring process
  • Assistance with all elements of our Learning and Development Agenda, such as competency frameworks
  • Control HR procedures for the company, such as hiring trainees and conducting performance reviews.
  • Examine current procedures and provide automated fixes,
  • Keep up the development of our HR system by assisting with its digitisation and system function.
  • Create new procedures, guidelines, and methods of operation to increase HRs effectiveness.
  • Identify HR and system modifications or enhancements by working with stakeholders.
  • Produce process flow diagrams.
  • Accountable for assisting supervisors with disciplinary and performance management processes.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of compensation and benefits, such as Payroll, Employee Benefits, and Bonus Schemes, but not just.
Skills/ Experience:
  • A seasoned HR Manager working for a mid-sized company
  • At ease in a setting where professional services are expanding
  • Enthusiastic in advancing the organisation
  • Prior experience in line management
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management
