Functional Skills Coaches x 4 - Interviewing asap for July/August start - Interviews asap including Monday 27th and 28th JuneRemote working, unless invigilating (one or 2 invigilation sessions in the month / Thursdays/Fridays )Remote delivery to groups of adult learners completing their custody and detention apprenticeships£26k plus £3850 car allowance plus great benefits, CPD, support, progression, generous holidaysPermanent Full TimeDo you have a level 3 in either Maths or EnglishWill you be happy to travel for invigilation purposes when required (mileage paid)With a caseload of learners you will ensure that all learners experience a high quality learning programme in terms of content, structure and learning support. Their dedicated teams help people to secure a first role, new role, progress in their current role or gain new skills for a career change.Your role as Functional Skills Coach will include working with learners with an identified need for extra support to achieve their Functional Skills and understand and agree with employers, each learners starting point and skills development needsUsing our clients English & Maths delivery process, to agree a training plan with each learner and employer that meets those needsTo manage the delivery of the training in line with the plan and in particular:

Regularly and thoroughly review progress against all aspects of the plan with the learner and their manager
Take prompt action where the learner falls behind
Ensure that the learner is accessing and benefiting from delivery that you are not personally undertaking (for example, BKSB)
